Now that LeBron James is once again a free agent, the running joke has become "The Decision 2.0". While James and his family weigh their options for the future, I began wondering just how James should make his big announcement this time. In preparation for that announcement, here are five ways James could eclipse "The Decision 1.0" the second time around.

LeBron James is the biggest athlete in the world, and Ryan Seacrest is becoming one of the biggest entertainment moguls in the world -- it's a match made in heaven. Hosting a live countdown show from Times Square, Seacrest and James could work their way from No. 10 on James' destination list before announcing the "winner" at No. 1. Sure to bring in the sponsorship, it would give Seacrest another chance to say "dim the lights".

Why not combine the biggest athlete in the world with the biggest book/movie franchise in the world? Selecting one representative from each team, the NBA would host a fight to the death to secure LeBron James' services. Hosted in Madison Square Garden, the games' landscape would be created by the one and only Spike Lee. After all, what better way to tease New York than with a player they have no chance of signing?

Why not make "The Decision" more romantic the second time around? Featuring all current NBA owners, LeBron James would spend an evening with each as they court his talents in their team's city. Then, in the season finale, James must present the exquisite rose to the team of his dreams. Seriously, who wouldn't want to see video of a night on the town between James and Mark Cuban?

Fire and ice (also known as "shootout") -- line up the best player from each team at a foul line and see who wins in the ultimate game of the backyard classic. Sure to last days on end, players are not permitted bathroom or meal breaks. Instead, they must rely on Gatorade -- the proud sponsor of LeBron James -- to help them win the King's services.

The next decision for James is a big one -- after all, he will be spending the next few years (at least) in the same city. In order to make that move, there are a lot of things to consider: taxes, weather, etc. But most importantly, how is the food? In a 10-episode mini-series, James narrows his destination list to 10 teams and visits their cities to taste their home cooking. The series is produced by Gordon Ramsey and hosted by Kevin Hart.
