As a kid, I always wanted to have children early. It was unconventional or not ordinary, being that a 13-year-old boy can barely feed himself. But my family was full of baby mommas and baby daddies.  Can you say 40-plus nieces and nephews? Well, I can say it, because that’s what I have. The good old number 40-plus.

My siblings had children as early as the ages of 14 to 16 years old. Advice from me would be to wait, but waiting to have kids was not a concept in my family. When I was drafted to the Chicago Bulls you had an organization nurturing a child who was raising three kids in the middle of a breakup.

You heard me right: 19-year-old kid tripping. How did he make it to 35?

That’s the beauty of life. No one owns life. Life is so accepting. It will never decline a charge or reject an opinion. More to come on
