LeBron James was paying close attention to the NBA Draft, which should not come as any surprise to fans of the NBA; he even tweeted about the Shabazz Napier pick. Whether that will have any effect on his upcoming unrestricted free agency remains to be seen, but there could be ripples that move throughout the league as a result of the Draft's trades. Here are the five most likely landing spots for King James.

The Chicago Bulls' draft night acquisition of Doug McDermott did a world of good for Derrick Rose next season, because the former Creighton forward, also a top-five leading scorer in NCAA history, will give the former MVP plenty of space for driving lanes. The looming free agency of Carmelo Anthony rests in the the shadows, however, will LeBron James make himself available to his Eastern Conference rival? We'll see.

4. Dallas Mavericks

The Dallas Mavericks are a long shot to be sure, but don't forget that this is one of only two teams to have humbled LeBron James in the NBA Finals. You also can bet that they have an owner who does not mind spending money; even if he spends foolishly at times. The Tyson Chandler addition puts them in the conversation at the very least, and I would be surprised if James denied them a meeting.

3. Los Angeles Clippers

They are still a contender in my mind, and they remain so despite the Heat's Draft Day move. Pat Riley's "sack up" speech might have lit a fire under James and Dwyane Wade, but the reality is that it has yet to be determined. If Doc Rivers was willing to ship Blake Griffin, then a move to the Los Angeles Clippers would be pretty much a done deal.

2. Houston Rockets

I'm not sure what is going to happen here, but the Houston Rockets are poised to make a move that could shake up the Western Conference. Daryl Morey's wise trade of Omer Osik opened up quite a lot of cap space, which will end up paying dividends; at least I think it will. Expect Jeremy Lin to be leaving town quite soon, and then the Rockets could finally unleash a blockbuster move.

It must be admitted. The Miami Heat are now the overwhelming favorites to land the King, and their Draft Day trade was one of the biggest reasons. The ball is now in the court of his other NBA suitors. Who will be able to clear enough cap space in order to gain a legitimate meeting with James? Nobody knows, but the main thing to focus on is that James will be taking meetings. There should be a lot of teams who wish to gain an audience.
