Although LeBron James is the talk of free agency, Chris Bosh‘s name is certainly a hot topic. Well, Bosh has reportedly been offered the max deal in Houston. He should ditch the Miami Heat to take that deal.

Bosh is still an elite player in this league. Although playing next to James is an ideal situation, playing next to Dwight Howard and James Harden would not be a bad second option. I understand Bosh wanting to wait on LeBron’s decision. That seems to be everyone’s deal right now — waiting around for the King.
However, why not take a massive amount of money and play for a team that could easily compete for a title next season. And for seasons to come.
Harden, Howard and Bosh would make up one heck of a Big 3 — a better Big 3 than the Heat would make up if everyone decided to return.
There is a good chance that James decides to take his talents back to Cleveland. Instead of waiting around to see what he does, Bosh should switch teams right away.
Bosh would be in a familiar situation — having to split the shots with two other superstars — but that is okay. At least this time around he would be playing for a more complete team and wouldn’t necessarily have to play a position that he is not best suited for.
Miami is only going to be good for a couple more seasons. Dwyane Wade‘s injuries are taking a toll on him and James could be gone in a year or two even if he does sign with the Heat this summer.
