The Milwaukee Bucks haven't been relevant for quite some time now, but that could all change in the near future. With the additions of Jabari Parker and now head coach Jason Kidd, the fortunes of the Bucks could be better then they have ever been. Kidd has his work cut out for him, beginning with these five things that must be changed in Milwaukee.

There are always two sides to each coin, and a coin like Jabari Parker is worth a lot. With that being said, rookie mistakes are inevitable on and off the court. It's going to be up to Kidd to try and cut down as many of those errors as possible. The less time spent repairing is more time spent preparing.

The Bucks have never been know to have the best front office and their decisions haven't produced the most success. With more freedom and control over basketball operations in Milwaukee than he had in Brooklyn, Kidd will get his chance to turn the franchise around from behind the scenes, not just the sideline.

Jason Kidd will have the ability to be the face of an entire organization for years to come. When you think of the Milwaukee Bucks, there probably aren't too many fond memories or great people that come to mind. Ray Allen, Lew Alcindor and Michael Redd are the few exceptions, but Kidd can be something special by winning -- not the easiest task with the Bucks.

The new owners of the Bucks have been discussing a possible change in the color scheme of the team's uniform. If Jason Kidd can put his two cents in and get something as flashy as his game was when he played, the Bucks could see some of the best years they ever have. Look good, feel good, right?

Defense wins championships and it's just that simple. The Bucks are an atrocious defensive team, but Kidd can turn that around. If he builds the team identity around being a physical, defensive powerhouse, then their chances for Jabari Parker leading them to the top is that much more realistic. Otherwise, they will continue to be irrelevant.
