Metta World Peace Blog: “I’m Not Done With the NBA”
College students get to study abroad and discover a new environment. I never got to do that in college. I did play with some street ballers, which is like playing with no rules, no limits…it pushes you. They are raw people on the court.
Going to China will be a similar feeling to me. I will gain some new skills and get to play for an audience that I have not had the opportunity of playing in front of before. I am also looking forward to experiencing a new culture, seeing a new landscape, trying new foods, and will try to learn some Mandarin.
But I am not done with the NBA. Ill be back in four months… Y’all need to relax and let me share some of my Panda hugs and kung fu dunks.
