Imagine if Carmelo Anothony decided to go to the Bulls instead of the Knicks? This matchup would've had fans on the edge of their seats just to see Melo go head to head with his old team, but luckily Knicks fans don't have to worry about it. Instead we get to see the Knicks go against one of the favorites to win the Eastern Conference. We also get to see some of the new Knicks like Cleanthony Early and Jose Calderon lace up for the first time.

It's always fun to see the Knicks step on the court on Christmas Day. The Knicks will take on the up and coming Wizards at 12 p.m. and they get another chance to play in a game that is featured in prime time. The Wizards are a team standing in the Knicks' path to the playoffs, so this game could be a good test to see where the Knicks stand early in the season.

It's always fun to see the Knicks and Nets add another chapter to their rivalry. The Nets had a one up on the Knicks for making the playoffs and I'm sure that left the Knicks with a sour taste in their mouth. The Nets will be without Paul Pierce this season so maybe the Knicks have a chance to get the better of the Nets in 2014. We'll see what happens when the two face off late in the season in a game that could hold value in a playoff push.

Last Season Derek Fisher was playing in the playoffs for the Oklahoma City Thunder and now is on the sideline coaching against his former team. This matchup is all about Fisher vs. his former team and it's going to be weird seeing him going against his good friend Kevin Durant. Speaking of Durant, it's always a great battle between him and Carmelo Anthony whenever they step on the court at the same time.

LeBron James is going home to Cleveland and the Knicks look to spoil his homecoming season. James is always worth the price of admission, but seeing him in Madison Square Garden adds the element of greatness to his game. The Garden crowd is going to shower James with boos, cheers and a bunch of curse words, but its fans also hope that the Knicks can silence James with a win.
