Since their inaugural season in 1966, the Chicago Bulls have been fortunate enough to have a handful of All-Stars and Hall of Famers play for them. One position lacking Hall-of-Famers and All-Stars has been the point guard position, but this doesn't mean that the Bulls haven't had good point guards. Many have worn the Bulls uniform over the last 48 years. Which point guards are among the five best in team history?

Steve Kerr's impact with the Bulls in their second three-peat of the 1990s went far beyond the stats. Kerr joined the Bulls right when Michael Jordan retired the first time, and the Bulls made the postseason in each of their two seasons without Jordan. Kerr ranks fifth in career 3-pointers made and first in 3-point percentage. Kerr's best moment came when he hit a game-winner against Utah in Game 6 of the 1997 NBA Finals.

Paxson ranks fifth in career games played for the Bulls with 645, and is also ranked sixth in team history in assists and ninth in steals. Paxson's best moment came in Game of the 1993 NBA Finals. Down two with seconds remaining, Paxson hit a series-clinching three as the Bulls defeated Phoenix, winning their third title of the decade.

Hinrich would prove to be one of the Bulls’ best players in the past decade. He is currently the franchise leader in made 3-pointer with 968.

Derrick Rose has accomplished more in his short time in the league than most have in their entire career. He’s the youngest MVP in league history and led Chicago to their first Eastern Conference Finals appearance since 1998. Rose has missed most of the past two seasons with ACL injuries, but barring any setbacks, he will continue to prove that he is the best point guard in franchise history.
