Frank Ramsey was the NBA’s first true sixth man, and he was good enough to be a starter on pretty much every other team. Ramsey spent his entire 10-year career with the Celtics and was part of seven title teams in Boston. Before he was the Celtics GM, Danny Ainge was a scrappy player opponents hated. But his defensive effort, playmaking ability and perimeter shooting led to him being an integral part of two championship teams in the 1980s. Ainge led the league in three-pointers made in 1988 and made his only All-Star Game appearance that season. Ainge was the architect of Boston's 2008 NBA Championship team.
