Laettner led the Timberwolves in rebound average and blocks all three years he played for the team. He led the team in scoring average in the 1993-94 season.

Gugliotta was an NBA All-Star during his tenure with the Timberwolves. He averaged over 20 points per game during the 1996-97 and 1997-98 seasons. He is ranked at No. 10 on the list of franchise leaders in points scored.

Szczerbiak had a quiet career with the Timberwolves until 2002. He was selected by the coaches for the All Star game in that year. On Apr. 13, 2003, he tied a franchise record by scoring 44 points in a game and is currently No. 4 on the list of franchise leaders in points scored.

Love was the franchise player for the Timberwolves throughout his time with the team. He was an NBA All-Star three times and the league’s most improved player for 2011. Love led the league in rebounds in the same year. He is currently listed at No. 3 on the list of franchise leaders in points scored.

Garnett is the best power forward in team history. He still holds franchise records in over five categories. He was named league MVP in 2004 and voted to the All-Star team 10 times during his time with the Timberwolves. Garnett led the team to the playoffs eight consecutive years. He became, and stayed, the franchise player from the time he was drafted until he was traded in 2007.
