The Cleveland Cavaliers are heavily tipped to run away with the NBA title this season, anything less would -- and should -- be viewed as a failure. They currently boast the best crop of players in the league, inclusive of the best player on the planet, LeBron James. Here are the top players who join him as Cleveland's best power forwards of all time.

Jim Brewer was an important player for the Cavaliers during the 1970's. He was a strong rebounder and tough defender. Brewer averaged a double-double with 11.5 points and 10.9 rebounds during the 1975-76 season, and the following season, he was named to the NBA all-defensive second team.

Tyrone Hill had two stints with the Cavaliers, he was best known for his defensive attributes and his rebounding. He made it to the All-Star team in 1995 by averaging 13.8 points and 10.9 rebounds while shooting 50.4 percent from the field. He would also set Cleveland's single-season franchise record by shooting a career-best field-goal percentage of 60.0. He was quite versatile, covering at center when needed.

Shawn Kemp was way past his best when he joined the Cavaliers. During his three years with the team, he constantly battled with weight problems. He was never able to shed the excess weight, which limited his famous explosiveness, but in 204 games, he still averaged 18.5 points and 9.1 rebounds. Kemp was Cleveland's first real star, as he started the 1998 All-Star game and led the Cavaliers to the playoffs that year.

2. Larry Nance

Larry Nance was nicknamed "The High-Ayatolla of Slamola" for his victory in the first ever Slam Dunk Contest in 1984. He was a fierce competitor and split his 13-year career between the Phoenix suns and the Cavaliers, but he is probably better known for his exploits in Cleveland. Upon his retirement, Nance held the league record for most blocked shots by any player other than a center. His 1,087 total blocked shots ranks third in team history.

The two-time NBA champion has filled in at both forward spots over the course of his illustrious career. His loyalty may be questionable, but he is undoubtedly the best forward, and the best player to ever hail from Cleveland. He will definitely be trying his best to repay his team and fans by finally bringing the Larry O'Brien Championship trophy to his city.
