The Eastern Conference All-Star reserves were announced Thursday night, and we should examine who got snubbed, even if there were more snubs out West. You will find a couple Washington Wizards on this list, but we will also pay homage to a crucial member of the Atlanta Hawks. Check out my picks for who got hosed in the East.

The Washington Wizards deserved another All-Star selection, and hopefully they will be granted an additional one after Dwyane Wade likely withdraws from the game due to injury. Marcin Gortat is definitely deserving of a spot on the team, but he will probably miss out if history is any indication. You will find one more Wizard later in this list.

The Atlanta Hawks were rightfully rewarded with three All-Star selections, but was it enough? Kyle Korver certainly deserved consideration after shooting over 50 percent from behind the 3-point line this season, and his play has kept Atlanta at the top of their conference.

3. Bradley Beal

I will admit this might be the least of these snubs, but folks still need to understand how important Bradley Beal is to the Washington Wizards. His floor spacing makes them almost impossible to guard when John Wall is barreling into the lane.

2. Brandon Knight

After Jabari Parker's ACL tear, Brandon Knight stepped up in a big time way. The former Gatorade High School National Player of the Year may not get as much hype as others, but he is a crucial part of what head coach Jason Kidd is building for the Milwaukee Bucks.

1. Joakim Noah

There will be some fans who wish I had picked out Derrick Rose in this spot, but I decided to go in a different direction. If Kevin Durant can make the team despite missing so many games, then why not Joakim Noah? His value to the Chicago Bulls has never been more clear.
