2015 NBA Draft: 5 Best Fits For the Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks have had an interesting season. They were 30-23 before reshaping their team at the trade deadline, and the result was an 11-18 finish. The Bucks will have the No. 17 overall pick in the draft as they try to reload for next year. Here are five players who would be great fits for them.

5. Bobby Portis, PF, Arkansas

Bobby Portis would fit right in with the current Milwaukee roster, which is filled with long, versatile athletes. Portis would help the Bucks with their inside scoring, but he can also step out and stretch defenses with his jump shot. He would give Milwaukee some much-needed depth in their frontcourt.

Devin Booker might be the best shooter in the draft, and he would give the Bucks an immediate scoring punch off the bench. Booker would likely have scored about 20 PPG if he wasn't playing for Kentucky. Every team needs a guy who can create instant offense, and Booker fits that mold perfectly.

3. Kevon Looney, PF, UCLA

Kevon Looney has a chance to jump up draft boards in the pre-draft process. Teams will love his length and ability to stretch the floor. He should be an above average defender in the NBA and will be able to switch onto guards in pick and roll situations. Looney would be a nice piece off the bench for Milwaukee next year and has the potential to become a solid power forward down the line.

2. Trey Lyles, PF, Kentucky

Trey Lyles would be a great fit for Milwaukee for many of the same reasons given for Portis and Looney. The difference is that Lyles has the highest ceiling. It can be hard to evaluate him because of his limited role on Kentucky, but he had several moments last year that showed off his immense talent. He will need some time to develop, but Lyles has a chance to be an All-Star caliber player.

1. Myles Turner, C, Texas

Myles Turner would fill a big need for Milwaukee. They came into the season hoping Larry Sanders would be their rim-protecting center, but that clearly hasn't worked out. Statistically, Turner matches up favorably with Karl Anthony-Towns on the defensive end. He isn't very polished on offense but has a decent jump shot that opposing centers will have to respect. Milwaukee would love to see Turner still on the board when their pick comes around.

Matt Barnes Follows John Henson Into Tunnel After Double Ejection

John Henson and Matt Barnes got into it on Thursday evening. After Henson emphatically rejected Barnes, he showcased an outrageous stink face, and Barnes took exception. Both players were ejected, and Barnes subsequently followed Henson down the tunnel to the Bucks' locker room. Henson was seen with a scrape on his face after the game, so it's fair to assume to two weren't discussing their NCAA tournament brackets in the bowels of BMO Harris Bradley Center.
