The San Antonio Spurs are hoping for another long playoff run, but it's never too early to look ahead to the NBA draft. No team has been better than the Spurs at grabbing players at the end of the first round. Here are five players who would be good fits for the Spurs in the first round.

5. Chris McCullough, PF, Syracuse

Chris McCullough would fit into what the Spurs want to do defensively. He has a 7-foot-and-3-inch wingspan with good lateral quickness. McCullough still has a lot to learn but will have to develop in San Antonio. His effort on the court has also been questioned which will have to turn around under Gregg Popovich.

4. Jarell Martin, PF, LSU

Jarell Martin is a good looking power forward prospect. It will be important to see how tall he measures at the combine. He has good athleticism and should be able to develop an outside jump shot in the future. Martin will help with their front court depth.

3. Cliff Alexander, PF, Kansas

Few players have dropped on the draft boards as much as Cliff Alexander this year. His freshman year at Kansas was a disaster. With that said, Alexander still has the potential to be a very good player. He is long and athletic with good hands which helps him dominate on the glass. He could be a great value pick at the end of the first round.

2. Dakari Johnson, PF, Kentucky

Dakari Johnson was trapped behind more talented players on Kentucky. He likely would have put up big-time numbers for a different school. He has a pretty good low post game and has the size to be an efficient rebounder. Johnson is a pretty safe pick because his skill set should easily translate to the NBA.

1. Robert Upshaw, C, Washington

The Spurs might look very different next year if Tim Duncan retires. They will need to rebuild their front court, and Robert Upshaw has the potential to be a dominant rim protector. He has some off-the-court issues that have to be addressed, but has a combination of size and athleticism that is hard to pass up on.

Clippers' Chris Paul, DeAndre Jordan Execute Monstrous Alley-Oop

The Los Angeles Clippers made a huge statement on Thursday night by pulverizing the San Antonio Spurs by 19 points. Sure, the Spurs were without Kawhi Leonard, but that doesn't take away from what Doc Rivers' bunch accomplished. In the fourth quarter, Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan hooked up for what can only be described as a monstrous alley-oop, which was the cherry on top of an all-around phenomenal showing.
