2015 NBA Draft: 5 Best Fits For the Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors will be picking at the bottom of the first round in this year's NBA draft. They have one of the deepest rosters in the league and will have an opportunity to add to it in the draft. The Warriors can afford to take a chance on players with potential who have clear red flags because of the current state of their roster. Here are five players that would be good fits for them.

Terry Rozier has been a part of some very good Louisville teams over the past few years. His strengths are his speed and scoring ability. If he develops a more consistent outside shot, then he will be a valuable rotation piece. His length and athleticism will allow him to be an effective defender.

4. Anthony Brown, SF, Stanford

Anthony Brown shot up draft boards after his junior season. He followed that up with a successful senior year. Brown would provide the Warriors with some depth at small forward. He is a smart defender and shot over 44 percent from behind the arc in each of his final two seasons at Stanford.

3. J.P. Tokoto, SG, North Carolina

J.P. Tokoto would fit in seamlessly with the Warriors on the defensive end of the court. Golden State is all about getting players with long wingspans that can continually switch on pick and rolls. His combination of length and quickness will give him a chance to be a high-level defender. His offensive game is still raw, but his other skills make him worth a look at the end of the first round.

2. Cliff Alexander, PF, Kansas

Cliff Alexander is one of the most intriguing prospects in this draft class. He was a projected lottery pick at the start of the year, but that quickly changed after a disasterous freshman campaign. He struggled with injuries and eventually got suspended while the NCAA investigated his eligibility. Golden State can afford to take a risk on him in hopes of getting a highly skilled big man.

1. Robert Upshaw, C, Washington

Robert Upshaw is in a similar position as Cliff Alexander. He is a supremely talented rim protector who should be picked in the first half of the draft. However, he has been kicked off of two different teams in college for breaking team rules. He was leading the nation in blocks before his dismissal last year. If Upshaw figures things out, he would be a great backup for Andrew Bogut.
