the Basketball Hall of Famer and TNT analyst has offered to pay for the funerals of three children killed by car-jackers last week.

Joseph Thomas Reed, 10; Keiearra Williams, 15; and Terrence Moore, 7, were struck and killed while volunteering on a street corner. They were selling fruit to raise money for a park. Two suspects, Cornelius Crawford and Jonathan Rosa, have been charged with second-degree murder, robbery, sexual assault and other crimes related to the children’s deaths and the carjacking.

Barkley confirmed he offered to pay for the funerals, but declined to comment futher as not to take away from the victims per NBC10.com.

Barkley may not always walk quietly, but he carries a big heart.
