5 Players the San Antonio Spurs Should Consider Trading This Offseason

The 2015 NBA Offseason and free agency market will prove to be pivotal in the next chapter of a modern day dynasty. The San Antonio Spurs face the tough challenge of forgetting the past and looking to the future. Veterans Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili are both free agents, while coveted young talent in Kawhi Leonard is as well. Then there is Tony Parker's remaining contract. As the Spurs build, here are five players they can trade to help.

A rookie who only contributed in 33 games this season, Kyle Anderson is disposal and could be used in a trade. Set to make $1.1 million next season followed by two team options, San Antonio may pair Anderson with another player or two and move the young guard elsewhere.

Pattys Mills has been that strange X-Factor since joining the Spurs. He hasn't exactly been consistent, but has come up huge in opportune moments. With roughly 2 years and $6.5 million remaining on his contract, San Antonio may use Mills to grab some young players from someone.

3. Boris Diaw

People may joke about Boris Diaw and his weight, but he has become a valuable asset to the Spurs' organization and played a key role in last season's title. That being said, he still has a guaranteed two years left on his contract for over $14 million. That is a decent chunk of change and at age 33, he isn't getting any younger. Teams missing that one piece for a title may take a chance on Diaw.

2. Tiago Splitter

When San Antonio was ousted from the First Round, rumors circulated that Tiago Splitter was on the trade block. Talk has subsided, but Splitter's future with the Spurs is still unknown. Another two year contract with nearly $17 million on it, San Antonio may move Splitter to make room for Marc Gasol or LaMarcus Aldridge. There's no question that plenty of teams will show interest in Splitter.

Finally, there is Tony Parker and his remaining three year contract worth over $33 million. The youngest member of the Spurs' "Big 3," Parker is still 33 years old, but his body has begun to look like he is 40. Chances are the Spurs keep Parker either because of loyalty or a lack of buyers. Trade or no trade, you have to figure the future in San Antonio may not have Parker in it.

Clippers' Chris Paul, DeAndre Jordan Execute Monstrous Alley-Oop

The Los Angeles Clippers made a huge statement on Thursday night by pulverizing the San Antonio Spurs by 19 points. Sure, the Spurs were without Kawhi Leonard, but that doesn't take away from what Doc Rivers' bunch accomplished. In the fourth quarter, Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan hooked up for what can only be described as a monstrous alley-oop, which was the cherry on top of an all-around phenomenal showing.
