With the 2015 NBA Draft just days away, the Miami Heat have been thoroughly examining all of their rookie options; deciding what positions need more depth. With how this past season fell apart, no player can be spared in terms of trade bait. Here are five Miami Heat player who need to be shown the door this offseason.

5. Mario Chalmers

Mario Chalmers' inconsistency should be enough for the Miami Heat to cut ties with the six-year guard. Chalmers shot career lows from both the field and beyond the arc this past season, which killed the Heat’s backcourt depth shooting efficiency overall. The Heat could do much better given how much they are currently paying Chalmers, which is $4 million a season.

4. Chris Andersen

Some might be shocked with this choice based on how well Andersen has done since joining the Heat in 2012. Due to his age and minutes limitation though, the Heat need to cut ties with the 37-year-old center. A youth movement is occurring in Miami, and the Heat could end up drafting a younger, more athletic option at backup center in just a few days. If this is this case, consider Andersen gone.

3. Udonis Haslem

Udonis Haslem is an interesting choice considering he is still considered co-captain of the Heat. Although Haslem is considered a Heat-Lifer, his production has dropped heavily since 2010, and his role on the roster has become more vocal coach than actual rotation player. The Heat need to utilize every roster spot with a quality player, especially with the history of injuries this team has.

2. Zoran Dragic

Zoran Dragic was considered the consolation prize in the blockbuster trade for All-Star point guard Goran Dragic, and yet the Heat rarely used him the rotation. The Heat need better depth at the shooting guard position, and Dragic's extremely limited NBA experience is not a long-term solution.

1. Michael Beasley

The Heat decided to take a flyer on Beasley this past season once Chris Bosh went down with the blot clots, and although Beasley performed above average at the start, once he had a guaranteed contract for the rest of the season, his production dropped mightily. With both Bosh and Josh McRoberts coming back, there is no need for Beasley’s limited skillset.
