Larry Bird and Frank Vogel decided that the Indiana Pacers would play a faster offensive tempo during the 2015-16 season, and they have made a massive overhaul to fit that style. It is going to be interesting to see who their starting five will be to begin the season. These five guys are currently the front-runners to be the starters following the NBA's free agency frenzy.

George Hill is one of the obvious starters at this point in time, and he will be asked to have a huge role for the Pacers. He made major improvements to his game last season and has been working hard once again this offseason to take another leap forward. There have been rumors that the Pacers have been wanting an upgrade at the point guard position, but they seem comfortable with Hill there for now.

Shooting Guard - Monta Ellis

Newly signed shooting guard Monta Ellis will end up being one of the best free agency pickups, and he's an obvious starter for the Pacers. He averaged 18.9 points per game last season with the Dallas Mavericks and will be the second scorer alongside of Paul George that Indiana needed. Ellis is going to be one of the big impact players for the Pacers, and he will be asked to score consistently big numbers each night.

Small Forward - C.J. Miles

C.J. Miles was signed in free agency last offseason and started the season off slow on the offensive end of the court. By the end of the year, however, he was a lethal scorer and the deadly three-point shooter that the Pacers signed him to be. Spacing the floor and running the fast break will be what Indiana wants to do this season, and he will fit perfectly into that system.

Power Forward - Paul George

Larry Bird seems to believe that Paul George will play a lot of minutes at the power forward position, and it sounds like he could end up being the starter. Indiana truly wants to get out and run this season, and playing George at the power forward would make them one of the faster teams in the NBA. Whether or not he could survive banging around with power forwards is another question, but it is worth a shot.

After the Pacers traded Roy Hibbert to the Los Angeles Lakers, they went out and signed free agent big man Jordan Hill. He will be a much more athletic and energetic center who will fit much better into what the Pacers need out of their big man. Hill is going to turn into a fan favorite quickly due to his passion for the game and hard work each and every night. He will be a big piece of their 2015-16 playoff hopes.
