The Memphis Grizzlies have not changed their roster too much since last year's Western Conference Semifinals loss to Golden State, but key additions like Matt Barnes and Jarell Martin should improve the Grizzlies' bench. But here's what the starting five looks like following free agency.

Conley has been the starter for this Grizzlies team for a number of years and and keeps improving. There is no reason why he will not remain the starter for the team going forward.

Lee came to the Grizzlies two seasons ago and worked his way into the starting lineup by providing solid defense and three-point shooting. Lee's all-around game makes him a good candidate to start once again.

Small Forward: Tony Allen

Allen can guard all three perimeter positions, and although his offense is lacking, he is an efficient player for the Grizzlies. His services are required from the start of the game all the way through to the end.

Randolph is the main focus of the offense for the Grizzlies. He is a strong low-post scorer capable of getting a bucket when Memphis needs it most. Randolph will never find himself on the bench to start any game.

Center: Marc Gasol

Gasol is the heart and soul of the Grizzlies, and was paid handsomely this offseason due to his all-around contributions. Between scoring and spacing the floor, passing the ball in the high post and being a rim protector down low, Gasol is too valuable to have on the bench, if at all.
