The Toronto Raptors finished with a record of 3-2 in Las Vegas for Summer League, and the way they did it was fairly encouraging. Here of five of the brightest spots from the Vegas squad.

Bruno Caboclo ended up with some forgettable shooting numbers, but the way he played was great to see. He wasn't passive like last year and showed a bit more of an off-the-bounce game. He has work to do, obviously, but efforts like this are a step in the right direction. His three-point stroke is as pure as it gets, so I have no doubt those shots will start falling eventually.

Roberts was awesome for the Raptors, providing energy around the basket and mixing it up enough to earn a contract with the team. The road to earning rotation minutes on the Raptors is still a long one for Roberts, but if he continues to play like this I'd love to have him on the roster.

Wright only played two games in Las Vegas, but he displayed enough point guard savvy in those games to be a standout. Wright should be able to contribute right away for the Raptors, and will likely challenge Cory Joseph for minutes at backup point guard, as well as Terrence Ross at backup shooting guard.

2. Lucas Nogueira

Nogueira didn't have many plays run for him, but his energy level and basketball IQ were on full display. It's no longer a question of whether Nogueira has the skill to earn serious NBA minutes, but instead it's whether Raptors head coach Dwane Casey can be bothered to play him.

Norman was the star of the show for the Raps, and his big time production got him a spot on the All-NBA Summer League first team. I highly doubt that Powell will challenge for serious minutes in his rookie year, as his game really is tailor-made for Summer League, but he was everything the Raptors expected and more out of their second round pick.
