Despite their improvement in the offseason, New York still has a long way to go. Luckily the upcoming free agency class has plenty of talent to help. Here are the top five they should target.

Anderson is a great complement to Robin Lopez as they could not be more different. He's also an underrated rebounder, averaging 5.5 RPG for his career.

That will certainly be something that Phil Jackson and the Knicks organization pitch him on next summer. Horford is one of the best mid-range jumpers in the league for a big man. He would be a great fit in New York.

Conley is one of the best passers, defenders, playmakers, and pure shooters in the NBA. Most importantly he is a winner. He's won at the college and professional level. With Carmelo Anthony at the PF, the offense would be unstoppable. It will be a tough sell -- they couldn't even get DeAndre Jordon in the door. To get Durant to New York they may have to (gasp!) make the playoffs.
