Unfortunately for Miami Heat fans, Erik Spoelstra is no Pop when it comes to name or the ability to manage a stacked roster without caring about making everyone happy.

Miami may be at a stage where new blood is what they need, but here are five reasons why Spoelstra continues to avoid the hot seat.
