Los Angeles Lakers Fan Who Paid $55K To See Kobe Bryant's Last Game Got Ripped Off

Don’t tell this guy about the weak economy. A presumably huge Los Angeles Lakers (and Kobe Bryant) fan paid $55,000 for two tickets – or $27,500 apiece.

There’s no doubt anyone willing to shell out that kind of dough just to see a professional basketball game isn’t hurting for cash, but even the most expensive courtside seats are currently selling for $18,025 on StubHub at the moment. The average price for a ticket to Bryant’s final game in purple and gold is going for $971, so someone got ripped off.

While I can understand wanting to pay for experiences rather than material possessions, getting duped is getting duped no matter how you slice it. And this dude was royally ripped off by paying a price that no one has even come close to matching to see Bryant’s final game at Staples Center.

Hope it’s worth it, pal.
