By Brendan Patel

The Portland Trail Blazers surprised a lot of people last season, and should continue to get better with the amount of young talent on their roster. They have plenty of depth that gives them a variety of options against different opponents, and have built their offense around their dynamic backcourt. The team has the money to sign a star free agent, and may want to use it on a veteran big man who would fit well with the culture they have built.
