The Los Angeles Clippers do not have a lot of cap space to work with this offseason, so they will have to be smart with their money. They need to do a better job of surrounding their star players with more defense and shooting, as well as a consistent second unit. None of these players are stars, but they all could help the Clippers improve as a team.
