The Memphis Grizzlies will have their work cut out for them this offseason, as they hope to retain one of their top stars. They are still a quality team who can compete in the playoffs when healthy, but need to find some veterans and younger talent to strengthen their roster.

Barnes had a good season for the Grizzlies, and he fits with what they want to do. His best role might be coming off of the bench, but he is good enough to be a major contributor.

4. Kent Bazemore

Bazemore’s two-way game would fit nicely in Memphis, and they could use a player with his ability on the perimeter. He would give them some much needed athleticism, and is still growing as a player.

Pairing Gasol with his brother would be fun to watch, and would allow the Grizzlies to play with a taller lineup. They might struggle against quicker teams, but their skill and talent would make this a tough team to beat.

Barnes is going to get paid this summer, and Memphis might a good destination for him. They have other star players who can help keep the pressure off of him, but he could still be the main scorer for the team.

Conley should be the team’s top priority, as he has been very good for them in recent years. Durability is certainly an issue, but he is one of the better two-way point guards in the league.
