The Chicago Bulls have gone from a contending team to one struggling to make the playoffs. They have had a lot of changes throughout their roster and coaching staff over the past couple of years and will look to rebuild this offseason. They have enough cap space to sign an impact player and the luxury of already having a star on their roster. Here are some options for the Bulls in free agency.
5. Mario Chalmers

Chalmers has struggled the past few seasons, but his ability to play off the ball would make him a good fit next to Butler. He is still a good shooter who can space the floor, and should be available for a reasonable price.
4. Harrison Barnes

Barnes had a rough postseason, but he would actually be a good fit on the Bulls. He is versatile and could offset some of the defensive issues when Nikola Mirotic or Doug McDermott are on the court.
3. Al Horford

Horford will be a hot commodity this offseason, as he is the type of player who can fit in anywhere. He would slide to power forward in Chicago and could help mentor some of the younger players on the roster.

Batum would be a very good fit at small forward, as he would give the team more versatility moving forward. He is another player who could switch matchups with Mirotic to better hide him on defense.

Conley is a very good point guard who has shown the ability to play off the ball and be successful. This would allow him to effectively play next to Jimmy Butler, and the two would form a very good partnership on defense.
