Blake Griffin's already had the most help he'll ever have in the NBA playing with Los Angeles Clippers teammates Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan, yet he hasn't been able to put the team over the top. Chances are, Griffin's inability to stay healthy and lack of effort on defense will prevent him from ever winning a ring.

LaMarcus Aldridge was a dominant force in the paint as a member of the Portland Trail Blazers, and appeared to be destined to win a ring at some point of his career. In San Antonio, Aldridge plays in the shadow of Kawhi Leonard, and looks nothing like he did with the Trail Blazers. At 31 years old, Aldridge has this season and two more with the Spurs to win a title, and it simply doesn't project to happen in a tough Western Conference.

Averaging an impressive 17.8 points and 7.8 rebounds per game, Paul Millsap made his fourth-consecutive All-Star appearance this season However, Millsap is now 32, and if he wants to continue to get paid big money after his contract expires following the 2017-18 season, re-signing with the Atlanta Hawks will be his best bet. Assuming he indeed remains in Atlanta, we all know Millsap has no chance to win a ring...
