Rudy Gobert Leads Dunkfest for Utah Jazz in Win Over New York Knicks

By Anthony Blake

The traditional big man has been phased out in today’s NBA, but that doesn’t mean guys of a large stature can’t still be effective.

And 24-year-old Utah Jazz budding star Rudy Gobert is proof positive of that fact.

Gobert dunked for 16 of his career-high 35 points and added 13 rebounds with four big blocks to fuel the Jazz to a 108-101 victory.

And the scariest part for the rest of the league is he’s just scratching the surface on his potential.
