Kevin Durant Hunts Down Dejounte Murray For Extremely Rare Double Block

By Timothy Downs

As expected, the Golden State Warriors ran roughshod over the San Antonio Spurs in Game 4 of their Western Conference Finals series, defeating San Antonio 129-115 to complete a four-game sweep.

Warriors forward Kevin Durant had a phenomenal game scoring 29 points with 12 rebounds and four assists. Durant was on fire on both ends of the floor, as evidenced by his sensational double-block on Spurs guard Dejounte Murray late in the second quarter.

ESPN broke Durant’s effort down from several angles in what makes for a rather interesting watch.

Durant was still just a blossoming superstar at 22 years old when the Oklahoma City Thunder lost in the NBA Finals to LeBron James and the Miami Heat back in 2012.

Assuming the Cleveland Cavaliers make it past the Boston Celtics, which everyone still expects to happen despite the Celtics’ big win in Game 3, we are in for a real treat when Durant and James — who are now both in their prime — face off with everything on the line once again.
