After the Cleveland Cavaliers Game 2 loss to the Golden State Warriors on Sunday night, ESPN senior writer Mike Wise reported there was a strong marijuana odor emanating throughout Cleveland’s locker room.
Cavs locker room has a strong reefer aroma to it tonight. Hey, it’s Cali. You’re down 2-0 and it’s all about pain control. #NBAFinals

Many responded to Wise’s tweet with criticism, some telling him to “stop snitching.”

During his Tuesday appearance on First Take, ESPN’s Brian Windhorst said he also caught a whiff of the devil’s lettuce, but stated there was no way to tell exactly who or where it was coming from.
“There are two doors to that locker room and there were three times as much media there. There’s some questionable media dudes hanging around the NBA Finals is all I’m going to say,” Windhorst said. “I did smell marijuana but I have no idea where it came from.”
The NBA has yet to comment on the allegations.
