The Cleveland Cavaliers put forth an admirable effort in Game 5 of the 2017 NBA Finals on Monday night, but the Golden State Warriors ultimately cemented 129-120 victory to win their second title in three years.

Shortly after the final whistle, Kevin Durant, who would go on to win the Finals MVP award, shared an incredibly emotional moment with his mother, Wanda Durant, known by many as the ‘Real MVP’.
