Jimmy Butler Gave Out His Phone Number at Press Conference, Spends Day Answering Calls on Plane

On Thursday, the Minnesota Timberwolves introduced Jimmy Butler to the media following a draft day trade with the Chicago Bulls.

During the presser, Butler gave out his phone number and invited critics to call him and talk to him man-to-man.

According to ESPN’s Michele Steele, it wasn’t actually the number to Jimmy’s personal phone, but one that Butler’s team had set up for the stunt at the press conference.

Nevertheless, Butler had the phone with him on a plane later in the afternoon and was actually answering calls from fans.
