Warriors' Kevin Durant Says He Won't Visit White House If Team Gets Invited

By Jason Fletcher

Traditionally, the champions of the every major professional sports league receive an invitation to the White House.

If the Golden State Warriors receive an invite for winning the 2017 NBA championship, Kevin Durant says he won’t be in attendance.

“Nah, I won’t do that,” KD told ESPN’s Chris Haynes. “I don’t respect who’s in office right now.”

Durant added: “I don’t agree with what he agrees with, so my voice is going to be heard by not doing that,” Durant said. “That’s just me personally, but if I know my guys well enough, they’ll all agree with me.”
