Hint after hint has been dropped about the New York Knicks‘ clear intent to live a life after Carmelo Anthony in the upcoming season.
Though the rumored trade that would send Melo to the Houston Rockets has stalled, it seems like the marketing department is still dead-set on a roster without the 33-year-old.

There’s now speculation that Melo could head to the Cleveland Cavaliers after the Kyrie Irving trade, but whichever option the Knicks choose, it seems like a foregone conclusion that he’s not with the team for the upcoming season.
I mean, why else would a team with Melo on it not feature him in its marketing material?
