Tonight’s game between No.11 Louisville and No. 25 Notre Dame should be a great battle. The Joyce Center will be rocking and ESPN’s College Gameday will be along for the ride.

Earlier today on Gameday there was some great pregame festivities, like player interviews, analysts opinions on the game and of course they gave a fans an opportunity to win $18,000 if he hit a half-court shot. He had 18 seconds to shoot as many ball that he could.

Corey Murdock, who looks to be a very big Fighting Irish fan, almost hit his first shot while using great form. The second shot went off the backboard and straight in the rim. It was very impressive.

ESPN’s Rece Davis was pretty excited.

The reaction from the Notre Dame basketball team was great too, you could tell they were excited to see a shot like that go in. I know they are hoping for that kind of luck tonight when they play Louisville, they are going to need it. Louisville is coming into tonight’s game hungry and Notre Dame can not afford to lose this game if they want to stay in the top-10.

After the shot went in, not only did the players rush the court, but some fans did as well. Now Notre Dame fans, if you win tonight, please do not embarrass yourselves by rushing the court. There is still a lot of basketball to be played.

Tonight’s game starts at 9pm (EST) on ESPN.
