The final third round game of the SEC tournament will be between the No. 3 seeded Ole Miss Rebels and the No. 6 seeded Missouri Tigers. The Tigers and the Rebels split the two regular season meetings

Missouri is coming off of a comfortable win over the Texas A&M Aggies in their first ever game of the SEC tournament. Phil Pressey and Laurence Bowers are some of the best players in the country and believe that they can bring the SEC championship trophy home to Colombia. The Tigers are a great team but cannot get caught looking ahead to the NCAA tournament before the SEC tournament is over, because the SEC is still filled with teams that can win against good teams every single game.

Ole Miss has been struggling at the end of the season after seemingly being a lock for the NCAA tournament for much of the first half of the season. Marshall Henderson has hit his scoring stride again and is averaging almost 20 points a game; Murphy Holloway has also upped his game down-low. If the Rebels can play like they did in January, winning seven of eight, they have a chance to advance. One win is all that they need to be a lock in the NCAA tournament.

Both of these teams are terrible away from home. Both of these teams lost to the other away from home. The Tigers and the Rebels finally have another chance to prove which team is better. Expect Missouri to come out strong as the NCAA tournament gets closer and beat Ole Miss by a decent margin.
