Photos Emerge of Ole Miss Rebels Star Marshall Henderson Drinking After Friday’s Win Against Wisconsin

One of the biggest stories from Round Two of the 2013 NCAA Tournament involved Marshall Henderson and how he overcame a 1-for-13 start to lead Ole Miss to an upset win over No. 5 seeded Wisconsin. Henderson finished the game with 19 points in the 56-48 win and while he’s had a reputation in the past for his trouble off the court, it appears the Rebels star could be in for even more controversy now that photos of him drinking after yesterday’s win are surfacing on the internet.

Obviously, Henderson has every right in the world as a human being to do what he wants off the court, but this is the NCAA Tournament we’re talking about here–one of the biggest events in all of sports. When your team manages to pull off an upset as big as Ole Miss did, players should be extra cautious about what sort of activities they get involved with off the court.

If anything, Henderson should be resting up as much as possible for Sunday’s game against La Salle as the Rebels hope to advance to the Sweet 16.

Apparently, the photo above took place at a place called McFadden’s–which happens to be right near Sprint Center. Henderson has received plenty of criticism over the years and to put himself in this type of situation after yesterday’s biggest win is nothing short of irresponsible.

There will be plenty of time for partying after the season comes to an end–so let’s hope Henderson is smarter about his decisions down the road if Ole Miss does advance beyond the Round of 32.
