Roger Moute a Bidias Commits To California Golden Bears

Cary Edmondson-USA TODAY Sports

The California Golden Bears will have a full class of recruits coming in for the 2013-14 college basketball season, but they just landed their latest recruit in Roger Moute a Bidias, according to NBCSports.

Moute a Bidias may not be the best recruit coming in, but the Golden Bears will definitely take him. He is a 3-star, according to ESPN. With that said, California will be getting one 4-star and four 3-stars altogether.

Moute a Bidias stands at 6’7”, so Cal will definitely take his height.

California finished this past season with a 21-12 record and also made the 2013 NCAA Tournament. However, the Golden Bears could only make it to the round of 32 before getting beat by the Syracuse Orange by six points.

Who knows how any of these players will be used at Cal, but it is always a positive when a team has a full class of recruits coming in.

However, you would think that all of the recruits will be used at some point, whether if it is this season or the next, since they were recruited by the Golden Bears and all.

Cal finished just one game back in the Pac-12 standings.

Whether the case, there could very well be some new faces taking the court in the upcoming season. Who knows if Moute a Bidias will be one of those players, but we will just have to wait and see. Still, the future of this program is looking bright and the recruiting for the Golden Bears is a big reason for that.
