The Kansas Jayhawks were losing a lot of talent for the 2013-14 college basketball season. That is if you think a team losing its entire starting five is considered a lot of talent. Luckily for the Jayhawks, Andrew Wiggins has saved them.

Ben McLemore, Jeff Withey, Travis Releford, Elijah Johnson and Kevin Young will all be gone next season. Although there are clearly other players on the team, without these five, who knows how Kansas would have done next season.

The Oklahoma State Cowboys are probably thrilled about Wiggins joining the Jayhawks. You know, since they were likely going to be the best team in the Big 12 and all.

Kansas will skyrocket up the rankings because the Wiggins decision. Although he has yet to play a single minute in college hoops, he is that good or that is at least what the video clips of him in high school would suggest.

The Jayhawks’ recruiting class now consists of three 5-stars, two 4-stars and one 3-star, according to ESPN. That is one heck of a recruiting class coming in no matter what team we are talking about. Of course, Wiggins takes the cake, presents and everything else involved at the party.

Kansas will once again be a threat to win a national championship next season. Thanks, Andrew Wiggins.

Hopefully, Wiggins now lives up to the hype because it did not matter what school he played for, we all just wanted to see how good this kid can really be in college basketball. For all of the Kansas haters out there, here is just one more reason for you to hate on the Jayhawks.
