Connecticut Huskies: One Game That We Hope Will Happen In Upcoming Season

The Connecticut Huskies will play plenty of tough teams in their non-conference schedule, but there is one game that everyone should be hoping will happen in the 2013-14 college basketball season.

That game will hopefully take place in the 2K Sports Classic against the Indiana Hoosiers.

Connecticut plays enough talent in the upcoming season and games against Florida, Harvard, Maryland and Washington will not be easy, but what is one more good opponent?

The Hoosiers will not be the same team that they were last year, but they will still have the talent to be a top 25 team with Will Sheehey and Yogi Ferrell returning. Not to mention, a pretty good recruiting class will be coming in. If the incoming players can have an instant impact, Indiana could compete for a Big Ten title once again and go on a deep run in the NCAA tournament.

However, there are still a lot of question marks for Indiana, whereas the Huskies are set to have a great season.

This would be yet another great matchup in college hoops. Both Indiana and Connecticut have been great teams over the years and both have very storied programs. This contest would provide a March Madness type of atmosphere and I am sure everyone would be looking forward to it.

There is a very good chance of it actually happening and it will be interesting to see who would come away with the victory. Whether the case, it would be a big win for either team.
