Regardless of what some people will tell you, I think college athletes get a lot of cool perks. With that in mind, it looks like the Ohio State Buckeyes men’s basketball team may have just gotten one of the all time great gifts.

Check out the latest addition to the Buckeyes’ locker room:

Are you kidding me? Big Buck Hunter!? If you’re a fan of killing pretend animals, it doesn’t get any better than Big Buck Hunter. I’ve no doubt spent my fair share of dollars on this game over the years. Who doesn’t love nailing all three bucks, while taking out all the extra critters for some bonus points? Moose adventure, Elk adventure, Big Horn sheep adventure –  you name it, this game will let you kill it.

As far as the price tag on one of these bad boys? A quick Google search showed me that a brand new machine with an HD screen ran about $7,000. It doesn’t appear that the OSU basketball team has that model, but you can bet the machine pictured above is worth at least $2,000 – $3,000.

We can only hope for the players’ sake that Thad Matta doesn’t pull a Mike Tomlin and revoke the Buckeyes’ gaming privileges.
