Syracuse, Wichita State, Arizona: Which Undefeated Team Will Go Down Last?

Syracuse

Rich Barnes-USA TODAY Sports

The Syracuse Orange, Wichita State Shockers and Arizona Wildcats all have one thing in common. Well, I am sure they have more than one thing, but there is one specific thing I am thinking of. They are all undefeated. Out of the three, which one will go down last?

Picking any of the three would be a good choice. There is a one in three chance of you getting it right. Yeah I did that math in my head.

How about Wichita State. The Shockers have the easiest schedule remaining out of the three and they are very, very talented. This team may be a little different than last season’s team, but regardless, Wichita State made it to the Final Four last year.

Syracuse did as well, but it still has to play many challenging games in the ACC. Duke is also in the conference and the Orange have to play them twice.

As for Arizona, it seems to be the best team in the Pac-12, but there are plenty of teams that are capable of knocking off the nation’s top team.

Going with the Shockers is the easy pick here and it is likely the best one. I am sure fans of Arizona and Syracuse would think otherwise, but both teams play in tough conferences. No offense to the MVC, but it is nowhere near as talented as the ACC or Pac-12. You didn’t need me to tell you that, though.

Wichita State is 20-0. Syracuse is 18-0. Arizona is 19-0. Any one could lose against any given team, but it is the Wichita State Shockers who have the best chance of staying undefeated the longest.
