Top 5 College Basketball Tickets of the Upcoming Week
Now that football season is officially over with the Seattle Seahawks winning Super Bowl XLVIII on Sunday, it is time to once again turn our attention to college basketball and gear up for the final stretch before March Madness. This season has been one of the more exciting in recent years with a fantastic freshman class including players like Arizona’s Aaron Gordon, Duke’s Jabari Parker, Kansas’ Joel Embiid and Andrew Wiggins as well as Oklahoma State sophomore Marcus Smart. February marks the last month that many teams have to state their case for a bid to the NCAA Tournament coming up and features some great games over the course of the month. The top five games for the month of February are:

The West Virginia Mountaineers travel to Kansas on Feb. 8 to take on the KU Jayhawks, who are ranked eighth in the country and is also the most expensive game of the week at an average price of $238. The Mountaineers may only be 13-9 but are a very tough team led by Juwan Staten who has been their best player this season and fans can get in to see him play for as little as just $96.

That same day (Feb. 8) features another great matchup when the 10th-ranked Michigan Wolverines travel to Iowa City to play the 17th-ranked Iowa Hawkeyes in this Big Ten meeting. There have been some classic meetings between ACC rivals Wake Forest and Duke in the past and if we are lucky, this could be another on Wednesday. The Dukies are ranked No. 11 in the country and will host the Demon Deacons in a game that is averaging $181 but you can get in for $127.
4) 2/4 UNC @ Notre Dame Avg $147 / Get-in $30 / Trend -12%
Both of these teams are in the midst of a year in which they are middle-of-the-pack teams in the ACC but that hasn’t prevented this game from being the fourth-most expensive of the week even after trending down 12% to currently average $147 with a very low get-in price of $30.
5) 2/8 Indiana @ Minnesota Avg $139 / Get-in $59 / Trend -2%
Rounding out our top five games of the week is this Saturday’s game between the Indiana Hoosiers and Minnesota Golden Gophers. Tickets to see these two Big Ten teams are as low as just $59 but are presently averaging $139.
