The 2013-14 college basketball regular season is just about finished. However, there are still some games that need to be played. St. Bonaventure vs. VCU is one of them and the two will be battling it out tonight. Our friends over at SilverChalice.com will be providing the matchup between these two Atlantic 10 teams for free. VCU is without a doubt the favorite in this contest. At this point the Rams are a lock to make the 2014 NCAA tournament and the only way the Bonnies are going to achieve that feat is by winning the A 10 tournament.
Still, upsets happen in college hoops and that is why the month of March gets the nickname March Madness (among other reasons).
VCU enters this game on a three-game win streak and is just one game back in the conference standings. St. Bonaventure hasn’t been as fortunate and has lost three games in a row. The Bonnies are six games back in the standings.
Still, both teams will be looking to close out the regular season on a good note and enter the Atlantic 10 tournament with some momentum. A victory in this contest would lead to that.
