The Ole Miss Rebels visit the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday in an SEC battle.

Both teams are coming off of SEC losses earlier this week. Ole Miss lost, at home, to the LSU Tigers 75-71 on Wednesday night. Arkansas lost, on the road, to the Tennessee Volunteers 74-69 on Tuesday night.

Ole Miss is now 10-6 this year and 1-2 in the conference. The Rebels gave the top-ranked Kentucky Wildcats all they wanted last week before losing in overtime at Rupp Arena.

Sharp-shooting junior Stefan Moody leads the Rebels in scoring, averaging 14.8 points per game. Senior guard Jarvis Summers scores 13.4 points per contest, while senior guard LaDarius White posts 12.1 points per outing.

Arkansas enters Saturday’s game at 13-3 overall and 2-1 in the league. Mike Anderson and his team came into this week ranked 19th in the country, but the Razorbacks figure to tumble in the rankings after Tuesday’s loss.

Sophomore forward Bobby Portis leads the Hogs in scoring, averaging 18.0 points per game. Portis is also the team’s leading rebounder, grabbing eight boards per game.

Junior Michael Qualls is the only other Arkansas player averaging in double figures, scoring 15.8 points per outing.

Since Anderson’s arrival in Fayetteville, the Razorbacks have been tough at home, and this game is at Bud Walton Arena, which favors the Hogs. Ole Miss cannot afford to slip to 1-3 in the conference if they have any hopes of staying in the race. If Moody, Summers and White can make enough three-point baskets, Ole Miss could stay in the game. But Arkansas’ height will be too much in the end.

Final score prediction: Arkansas 81, Ole Miss 70
