A year after a surprise trip to the Sweet 16, the Stanford Cardinal are struggling just to even make the NCAA Tournament. With a record of 18-10, the prospects of another tournament run for Stanford don't look good. Here are five reasons why the Cardinal will miss the 2015 NCAA Tournament.

Stanford's record vs. good hasn't been impressive. Against teams with a RPI of 50 or greater, the Cardinal are 2-7, with losses to Duke, Arizona, Utah and Oregon.
