The Colorado State Rams have made the NCAA Tournament in back-to- back seasons. Unfortunately, there will be too many obstacles for them to do it again in 2015, and here are the five reasons why they won't be dancing next week.

Colorado State may have won a game against Boise State and San Diego State, but they also lost a game to both teams as well. The Rams really needed to sweep the top teams in the conference.

Wyoming is currently fourth in the MWC with a 11-7 record. Colorado State is right ahead of them at 13-5, but the Rams lost both contests to the Cowboys this season. Both of those loses could end up costing the Rams a shot at the NCAA Tournament.

Out of the team's five loses this season, four of them on the road. Road wins factor into the committee's decision, so the Rams may be in trouble.

With their current state of play, I don't see Colorado State making the MWC Championship this year. My bet is that Boise State will outlast San Diego State to take the MWC crown.

There will likely only be two bids out of the MWC this year. Since I predicted Boise State and San Diego State to square off in the conference championship this year, that leaves Colorado State at home this March.
