Game 4 of the 2015 SEC tournament features the No. 5-seeded Texas A&M Aggies and No. 13-seeded Auburn Tigers. These two teams will face off in Nashville on Thursday, March 12, at 3:30 p.m. ET on the SEC Network.

Auburn defeated a pesky Mississippi State Bulldogs squad in their opening game of the SEC tournament behind something that the Tigers haven’t shown this season – superior defense. Bruce Pearl’s defense stifled the majority of Mississippi State’s offense and won, despite their double-double machine, Cinmeon Bowers, going 0-for-6 from the floor. High on confidence, the Tigers will be more than ready to face the Aggies.

Texas A&M finished the regular season with a 20-10 (11-7) record, but have lost three of their last four games coming into the SEC tournament. Expected to go to the 2015 NCAA tournament, the Aggies could be nervous on Selection Sunday if they drop this game to the No. 165 RPI team in the country.

The Aggies have one of the most underrated point guards in the country in Alex Caruso, who should rip apart Auburn’s shoot-first guards. The trouble for this team will be containing Bowers and K.T. Harrell, but they have already done this twice this season, sweeping the Tigers by a combined score of 151-116.

Pearl will have this team ready to compete against Texas A&M, but don’t expect the Aggies to drop a game to the Tigers. The Aggies will be dancing in less than a week, and they have what it takes to do some damage against some very talented teams in the Big Dance.
